PRACTICE HOURS

Monday - Friday: 9:15am - 7:00pm      

Saturday: 9:00am - 1:30pm      

Dr Roshan Mendis has satisfied the requirements of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and he is a fellow of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

APPOINTMENTS
Please ring the surgery early to get your preferred time and also inform the staff if you require a long consultation or have a special purpose. 

BLOOD TESTS                                                                          
Blood Test available on Saturdays.                

TELEHEALTH                                                                                                          
If a physical examination isn’t necessary and requiring a short consultation, you can book a telehealth consultation and doctor will call you in the evening.

HOME VISITS
It can be arrange when patient is very sick to leave home.

PRIVACY AGREEMENT
This medical practice collects information from patients for the primary purposes of providing quality health care.

PATIENT CONFIDENTIALITY
This practice ensures patients confidentiality of their medical records, which are only accessible to authorised members of staff.

PAYMENTS & ACCOUNTS                                                                                 
This is a Bulk Billing practice. Private patients will be charged $45 for a standard consultation & HICAPS is available to claim from Private Health Funds.

For all after hours care or free phone advice please ring 132660. This service will bulk bill all patients from this Medical Centre.
